This navy blue crsuhed velvet has a lustrous look that catches the light beautifully.  Made from a blend of polyester and spandex, this mid-weight velvet has excellent stretch and return along the weft of the fabric, with some good stretch along the warp too. This soft velvet falls nicely and is perfect for making a variety of stretch apparel and costume projects.
