What is Remnant Rewards?

Remnant Rewards is our new customer loyalty program for both in store & online purchases.

This program replaces our previous Frequent Buyer Card in store program, and extends to all purchases online as well as in store! One account that tallies all of your spend, regardless of whether it's in store, online for delivery or Click & Collect.

- HOW IT WORKS -

Log in to your account each time you shop and you will earn 1 point per $1 spend on all full priced items

When you have 300 points, you will have a $20 voucher to spend

Points are collected both in store & online (including Click & Collect), and $20 vouchers can be used in store or online

How to sign up for
Remnant Rewards

If you already have an account on our website, you don't need to do anything. You will automatically start earning points on full priced items each time you shop while logged into your account

* The Fine Print *

When purchasing 10m+ and a receiving a bulk discount (20% off for fabrics or 10% off for trims), points are not earned as the fabrics have already been discounted

Points are not earned during our sale periods

Vouchers cannot be redeemed within our sale periods

You must be logged into your account to earn points (or in store provide the staff member with your name or email address to assign the purchase to your account)

Remnant Rewards is not available for School Accounts or with a Student Discount in store with presentation of a valid student card, as these programs have already discounted pricing & are not 'full priced'.

We will not be back dating any purchases made prior to the launch of Remnant Rewards, this program has started from Wednesday 15th September 2021.

I have an In Store Frequent buyer card, what happens here?

When our store reopens to the public after lock down, bring your Frequent Buyer Card with you and we will merge it with your Remnant Rewards account so that you no longer need to carry your paper card.

For all Frequent Buyer Cards, there will be an additional 100 points added to your account along with your current spend tally when you bring your card in.
