*Seconds* 11mm Lingerie Picot Elastic- Daisy Ivory #T1462

This white elastic measures 11mm in width and has a soft and plush feel on one side of the trim to be comfortable when worn against the skin. This elastic has great stretch and return and a flexible feel. With a scalloped edge, it is designed to be sewn so the decorative edge can be seen when applied to a variety of apparel, lingerie, and costume projects.

Please note that this elastic has been reduced in price due to some discolouration and marks throughout.
