Recycled Aqua Life Chlorine Resistant Knit- Jet Black #15625

This black Aqua Life fabric is made from a blend of PBT and polyester, which gives the fabric amazing chlorine resistance, making it perfect for using in swimwear. This knit is a breathable and comfortable fabric with a lustrous sheen to it. It has good stretch and return along the weft of the fabric, with some light stretch along the warp. For this reason, when using it for one piece swimwear, we recommend cutting your pieces with the greatest stretch up and down the swimsuit, to allow for more comfort as the body moves in the water, rather than placing the greatest degree of stretch across the body, as there is less movement. This Aqua Life is a fully opaque fabric that may lose some opacity the further it is stretched and is ideal for swimwear, activewear and other apparel and costume projects, however a lining may be desired in some applications.
