This fold over elastic is lightweight, with a matte look. The fold line in this fold over elastic is only subtle, but the elastic still works the same as traditional fold over elastic. This elastic has great stretch and return. This elastic does sheer a little when stretched, but is mostly opaque. This fold over elastic is ideal fo finishing edges and seams of garments with stretch.
